Online Shopping - Return Policy
Don't like it? Returns are super easy.
Additionally, we're happy to say that as part of our commitment to reducing our environmental impact, we've eliminated paper invoices for online orders. Your shipping confirmation and e-receipt email will be considered your receipt.
Please note: Swimwear tops, bottoms, one-piece swimsuits and accessories can only be returned online.
Gift orders will continue to receive a printed gift receipt and personalized gift message.
Regularly Priced Merchandise
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of shipment to receive a full refund or 40 days from the date of shipment to receive a merchandise credit on your e-gift card. after 40 days, we will no longer accept returns.
Exchanges
- We do not offer online exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to complete a return and place a new order.
Special Offer Items
Returns
- Sale items with a discount of less than 50% can be returned within 30 days of the shipment date for a credit on an e-gift card. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded with the original form of payment.
Sale items marked 50% off or higher are final sale items.
Exchanges - We do not offer online exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to complete a return or exchange and place a new order.

- Items must not be washed, worn or damaged.
All original tags must be retained.
A valid receipt must be presented.
Swimsuit liner must be attached.
The following items are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Gift Cards
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned merchandise purchased with a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit to the e-gift card. It's simple.
How to request a return
Please contact our Online Customer Service team who will assist you with your return.
How to post an online return
Note: We will deduct $45.00 for return postage (plus applicable taxes) from your refund.
Please follow the steps below to complete your online return.
- Contact our customer service representative and provide the following information: your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, address and phone number. They will email a return label and other required shipping documents.
Securely pack your items in a box with a return label on it (if you are using the box we shipped your order in, make sure the barcode of the previous label is completely covered).
Deliver your package to your local FedEx Authorized Ship Center. Be sure to have your package shipped and postmarked within 30 days of receiving your “Shipment Confirmation and E-Receipt” email.
You will be notified via email as soon as the refund is complete.
Returning Multiple Items from a Single Order
If you are returning multiple items, please try to put all items in one box and use one return label (even if the items were shipped separately or in different boxes). The return label used must match the order of the items you are returning.

Online Return Refunds and Processing
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
All returned items purchased with a gift card will be refunded to the gift card.
Once we receive your return package, we will process your return within 7 to 10 business days.
